Agreement and parties

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Lange Sky Limited, a private company registered in England and Wales (company number 14837291) with its registered office at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the platform.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the platform. If you create an account on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@langesky.com if you believe your account has been compromised. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorised access where you have failed to protect your credentials.

Our services

Lange Sky provides an online platform that assists travellers with the preparation, review, and submission of short-stay visa applications to the immigration authorities of various countries.

Important: Lange Sky provides visa processing assistance, not immigration advice. We are not a regulated immigration adviser. The decision to grant or refuse a visa is made solely by the relevant government authority, and we cannot and do not guarantee any particular outcome. Eligibility, supporting-document requirements, and processing times are determined by the issuing authority and may change without notice.

Fees and payment

Our service fees and the government fees payable in respect of each visa application are displayed in the platform before you complete your application. All fees are stated in pounds sterling (GBP) unless otherwise indicated and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Payment is collected at the time of application submission via our third-party payment processor. By submitting payment you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We do not store your full card details on our systems.

Refunds and cancellations

Our service fee is non-refundable once we have begun reviewing your application, except where required by consumer-protection law. You may cancel an application and request a refund of our service fee before review has started; we will confirm the current status of your application on request.

Government fees are remitted to the issuing authority and are refundable only in accordance with that authority's refund policy. Lange Sky has no control over government-fee refunds and cannot guarantee their outcome.

If we are unable to deliver our service for reasons within our reasonable control (for example, the destination is withdrawn), we will refund our service fee in full.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information throughout the application process. You are responsible for the truthfulness of the information you submit and for ensuring that you have the right to share any documents you upload.

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or its related systems, or to interfere with or disrupt the platform or the data it contains.

Intellectual property

The platform, including its design, code, content, trademarks, and branding, is owned by Lange Sky Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without our written consent.

You retain ownership of the documents and personal information you upload. You grant us a limited licence to use that material solely to deliver our service to you.

Third-party services

The platform integrates with third-party services, including payment processors, identity-verification providers, and the immigration authorities themselves. We select these providers with care but do not control their operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party services.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, if your use creates a security or fraud risk, or if we are required to do so by law. Where appropriate, we will give you advance notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. Closing your account does not relieve you of any payment obligations that have already accrued.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular outcome from your visa application.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to your use of the platform is limited to the greater of (a) the total fees you have paid us in the twelve months immediately preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred pounds sterling (£100).

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for breach of statutory rights.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lange Sky Limited, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of the page shows when the latest version came into force. Material changes will be communicated to you through the platform or by email. Continued use of the platform after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

We encourage you to contact us first at legal@langesky.com so we can try to resolve any dispute informally before it escalates.

Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the platform and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject matter.
